Cancellation & Refunds

This policy covers engagements booked with One Man Band (OPC) Private Limited.

1. Service delivery

Ours is a live performance service — "delivery" is the artist performing at your confirmed venue, date and time, as specified in the performance agreement. Documents (quote, agreement, technical rider, invoices) are delivered digitally on your private tracking page immediately as they are issued. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Cancellation by the client

• More than 30 days before the event: the advance is adjusted against any unrecoverable costs already incurred; the remainder is refundable.
• Within 30 days of the event: 50% of the total fee is payable.
• Within 7 days of the event: 100% of the total fee is payable.

3. Cancellation by us

If we cancel for any reason other than force majeure or the promoter's breach, all amounts paid for the engagement are refunded in full within 7 working days.

4. Force majeure

If the event cannot proceed due to events beyond either party's reasonable control, both parties are excused without penalty; amounts already spent on unrecoverable costs are not refundable, and remaining advances are either refunded or credited to a mutually agreed new date.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Gateway processing times may add to this.
