One Man Band (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us", the "Company") operates onemanband.in and provides live performance, keynote and workshop services featuring Gladson Peter, performing as One Man Band® (a trademark registered in India). By using this website or booking our services you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide live entertainment services: the ShowStopper full-rig performance, acoustic sets, the Never Give Up keynote, and workshops, plus custom brand engagements. Every engagement is confirmed by a written quote and, where applicable, a performance agreement issued by the Company.

2. Bookings

An event date is held only after written confirmation and receipt of the agreed advance. Details of your booking — quote, agreement, technical rider and invoices — are delivered on a private tracking page whose link is shared with you when you enquire.

3. Pricing

Pricing is quotation-based: it depends on the format, date, city and production requirements of your event. A written quote with a validity date is issued for every enquiry; taxes (GST as applicable) are stated on the quote and invoice. There are no listed retail prices on this site.

4. Payments

Payments are collected by bank transfer or through secure payment links from our RBI-authorised payment gateway partners. We never ask for card details over phone, WhatsApp or email.

5. Intellectual property

"One Man Band" is a registered trademark of the Company in India. Website content, show concepts, recordings and original music remain the Company's property. Promoters receive a limited licence to use approved artwork solely to promote their confirmed engagement.

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fee received for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (see the Cancellation & Refunds policy for force majeure).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
